At The Salty Starfish, we believe travel should feel as easy as the tide — steady, predictable, and kind. Life happens, plans shift, and sometimes storms roll in unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to honor both your flexibility and the care we put into preparing our villa for your stay.

If your plans change more than 30 days before checkin, we’ll return your payments in full. Think of it as the calm before the tide turns.

⛅ Partial Refund — 29 to 15 Days Before Arrival

If you need to cancel within this window, we’ll refund 50% of your total booking. By this point, we’ve begun preparing the villa for your arrival — just as the shoreline begins shaping itself for the next wave.

🌙 No Refund — Within 14 Days of Arrival

Inside 14 days, we’re fully committed to your stay. The villa is reserved, the calendar is blocked, and we’ve turned away other travelers hoping to experience their own bit of coastal magic.
